What shapes the final price

Why every brick project is priced on its own.

These are the things we look at on site before we put any number in writing.

  • Size and height. Square footage, number of courses, and whether staging is needed.
  • Foundation and footing. New brick needs a sound base. We check what is there and what is needed.
  • Brick selection. Standard, specialty, salvaged, or matched brick all cost different amounts.
  • Design detail. Arches, soldier courses, caps, and patterns add skilled labor time.
  • Tying into existing work. Matching an existing home means careful brick and mortar color selection.
  • Site access. How materials and equipment reach the work area affects setup.
