Masonry crew positions
Brick and stone work, mortar and tuckpointing, site preparation, and the day-to-day care of a professional job site. Whether you are an experienced mason, an apprentice learning the trade, or a dependable laborer ready to work, there is a place to grow here.
What we look for
- Reliability — show up ready to work, every day
- Comfort with physical, outdoor work in Missouri weather
- Attention to detail; craftsmanship matters to us
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience is welcome, but attitude and work ethic come first
Sales representatives
Meet homeowners at their properties, evaluate masonry projects, and prepare clear written estimates. You are the first conversation a homeowner has with ECI — thoughtful evaluation and straightforward communication are the job.
What we look for
- Strong communication and genuine listening
- Self-organized and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable visiting properties across the St. Louis area
- A valid driver’s license
- Construction knowledge is a plus — we teach our evaluation process
